MYO PROTEIN FLAKES is a fiber-based single feed for horses with increased protein requirements. It is based on Myoalpin® fibers – a combination of particularly protein-rich meadow grasses and herbs as a valuable, purely natural protein source without the addition of molasses or artificial preservatives.

To specifically support horses in building substance and muscle, MYO PROTEIN FLAKES provide easily digestible proteins and amino acids. In addition to their higher crude protein content, the simultaneously high crude fiber content enhances the ration with added structure.

MYO PROTEIN FLAKES bring the nutrients of lush meadows to your horse's feed trough. The balanced composition of selected meadow plants ensures an optimal supply of essential amino acids, natural beta-carotene, and vitamin E for your horses, even beyond the grazing season. These flakes thus meet the increased nutritional demands of horses in sport and breeding. They can also be a valuable supplement to the ration in cases of pathological or age-related muscle loss. Versatile in their application, MYO PROTEIN FLAKES are suitable for enriching late-harvested, more woody, and low-protein hay, as well as for compensating for the low protein content of grain-free concentrate rations.

Feeding recommendation

to Supplementing the basic feed : 300 to 500 g daily per 100 kg target body weight
As concentrated feed : 1.2 kg of MYO PROTEIN FLAKES replaces approximately 1 kg of grain.
to Feeding of sport and breeding horses : 500 to 800 g daily per 100 kg of target body weight
Soak 1 kg of MYO PROTEIN FLAKES in 1.5 to 3 liters of water.
