I designed a saddle that promotes a relaxed seat, which I believe is essential for balancing both horse and rider. For a truly excellent presentation, it's crucial that horse and rider are not only in balance individually, but also in harmony with each other.

Performance is the first model built on the B-tree. A saddle tree that I personally developed to combine the best of different worlds: namely the angled gullet plate, which offers extra shoulder freedom for the horse, the wide gullet, which provides full freedom of movement for the horse's back muscles, and finally the angle of the supports in the middle of the tree, which allows for very close contact with the horse.

The close contact with the horse that this saddle offers is ideal in situations where it's crucial to present the horse at its very best, for example, at competitions or stallion licensing events. The knee rolls are short, primarily supporting the thighs, thus ensuring ample legroom. The rider receives excellent support from both the knee rolls and the cantle, which is why I recommend choosing one size larger if you normally wear between sizes.

I kept the overall design of the saddle classic and discreet so that the focus remains on the good and harmonious presentation of horse and rider.

All in all, the performance saddle was developed with tournaments in mind. Of course, it also works as an all-round saddle for the rider who desires close contact with the horse.
